Business Results Improvement Model


This product is aimed to be deployed in an organization which is seeking to improve the bottom line/top line/ specific financial parameters of a running business, with the existing technology, market dynamics and investment quantum. If the mandate so requires, techno-commercial parameters may also be brought into the mandate. In that case, the quantum of impact on business results would be more pronounced. Few of the end deliverables are:
 

  • Improving client’s profitability
  • Revenue
  • Cost parameters including manpower cost rationalisation etc.


The project begins with understanding the client’s business and processes by way of scientifically validated tools and systems.

Goal setting for targeted improvement in business results, is done in tandem with the client.

This is followed by the development and design of a strategic road map to meet the agreed goals. As the improvement project progresses, critical parameter - monitoring and performance measurement tools are deployed followed by time bound reviews on project milestones.

The assignment is led by the Principal Consultant who is assisted by a team of consultants and support personnel. Client’s resources would be required to coordinate and cooperate as per a pre specified work schedule.
